We want happy customers!  If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund.  In order to receive a refund, we must be notified of your intent to do so within 14 days of receipt.  Notification must come via email (sales@itsmadehere.com).   The product must be received by us in new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.  The buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Please send to the address listed at the bottom of our web site.  If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, an insurance claim must be filed with the shipping company.
