We want happy customers! If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. In order to receive a refund, we must be notified of your intent to do so within 14 days of receipt. Notification must come via email (
sales@itsmadehere.com). The product must be received by us in new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund. The buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Please send to the address listed at the bottom of our web site. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, an insurance claim must be filed with the shipping company.

We accept PayPal for payment. You do not need to already have or to sign up for a PayPal account in order to pay using PayPal. (If you don't have or want a PayPal account click on the "Don't have a PayPal account? Click Here" link when you are directed to the PayPal site.) Once on the PayPal site, you may take funds out of your PayPal account to pay, or you may enter your credit card information to complete the transaction. We do not ship outside of the United States and shipping cost out side of the lower 48, will incure additional shipping fees.
